If you have purchased an umbrella from one our stores or online at suncountryleisure.com, and it's in need of parts or repair, we'll be happy to help you.

Sun Country Leisure can only provide service and parts for Treasure Garden umbrellas.

In the event that your umbrella qualifies for warranty, we will reach out to Treasure Garden on your behalf and honour the warranty as per their guidelines. Treasure Garden's warranty varies by umbrella and cover parts. Warranty will not cover labour.

Our service charges vary depending on the work required.
If you reside within the Niagara Region or the Burlington/Hamilton area, our team can pick up your umbrella and bring to our warehouse for service and return it back to you for $199 +tax.

Any service work provided is charged at $75/hour. Any additional parts required will be priced accordingly.
