If you have purchased a fire pit or fire table from one our stores or online at suncountryleisure.com, and it's in need of parts or repair, we'll be happy to help you.

Sun Country Leisure can only provide service and parts for fire pits and fire tables purchased from brands we currently carry.

In the event that your fire pit or fire table qualifies for warranty, we will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf and honour the warranty as per their guidelines. Manufacturer's warranties vary and the majority are parts only and do not cover labour.

Our service charges vary depending on the work required.
If you live in the Niagara Region or the Burlington/Hamilton area, our team can pick up your fire pit or fire table and bring it to our warehouse for service and return it back to you for $199 +tax.
Any service work provided is charged at $75/hour.
Any additional parts required will be priced accordingly.
