Sun Country Leisure strives to provide the best quality furniture and accessories to all of our customers. If your furniture purchased at one of our stores or at suncountryleisure.com is in need of parts or service, we will be happy to assist you.

In the event that your furniture qualifies for warranty, we will reach out to that maufacture on your behalf and honour the warranty as per their guidelines. Manufacturer's warranties vary and the majority are parts only and do not cover labour.

Our service charges vary depending on the work required. If you require us to visit your home and you live in the Niagara Region or the Burlington/Hamilton area, these visits start at $99 +tax.
Any service work provided is charged at $75/hour.
Any additional parts required will be priced accordingly.
