Frequently Asked Questions

How long does shipping take? In-stock items typically ship within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email. If your item is out of stock, we'll contact you with an estimated lead time.

What is your return policy for online orders? If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@suncountryleisure.com and we'll walk you through the return process. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer financing? Yes! We partner with Affirm so you can buy now and pay over time with no hidden fees. You can select Affirm as your payment method at checkout to see your options.

Do you price match? Absolutely. If you find the same product at a lower price from a Canadian retailer, contact us and we'll match it. Just send us a link or screenshot of the competing price.

Can I pick up my order in store? Yes - free in-store pickup is available at our Burlington (355 Plains Road East) and St. Catharines (343 Ontario Street) locations. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

I have a gift card — can I use it online? Our current in-store gift cards aren't compatible with our online checkout system. If you'd like to place an order using a gift card, please place your order through one of our physical store locations. They can take orders over the phone!
