In the event that your BBQ qualifies for warranty, we will reach out to the manufacturer on your behalf and honour the warranty as per their guidelines. Manufacturer's warranties vary and the majority are parts only and do not cover labour.

Our service charges vary depending on the work required.
If you reside within the Niagara Region or the Burlington/Hamilton area, the charge for our team to pick up your BBQ and bring to our warehouse for service and return it back to you for $199 +tax.

Any service work provided is charged at $75/hour. Any additional parts required will be priced accordingly.
